Finding time for the things that I enjoy- writing and running - is hard, and I've had to accept that I usually can't have them BOTH on the same day. So, often I alternate early morning exercise with early morning writing. I love it. I started a new w...Kim, this is great! I love it. I started a new workout with my husband the first week of Jan. and I wasn't too excited to say the least. eerrgh! I mean, I know it's good for me but honestly, I was comfortable before. Well, last Thursday I could really feel how much more endurance I have and how muscles are working in my body that I didn't even know I had!!
